For this week’s post, I decided to do give a little insight into my life. I realized that I tell a lot about other people, but you all might not know that much about me. Specifically, I wanted to talk about my recent move.

For those who don’t know, I recently made the move from MA to CT. To be completely honest, there were a few small reasons to move, but mostly, we wanted to try something new. I got married last August to my long-time boyfriend, Tim. Tim’s brother’s wife is from CT (which is where they live), so our rational reasoning was to be closer to them. The real reason is that we wanted a change of scenery and to try living in a new place. We found a cute home for ourselves in an apartment in Vernon. It’s given us an opportunity to explore a new area while still being close to our full-time jobs and be able to go home for family. ct wedding photographer, wedding photographer near vernon ct, senior portraits near vernon ct, senior portraits near leominster ma, senior portraits near central mass, ma senior portrait photographer, cental mass senior photographer, prom, homecoming, prom dress, long prom dress, high school senior, oakmont regional high school, wachusett regional high school, clinton ma high school, ellington ct high school, middletown ct high school portraits, sterling ma photographer, graduation, class of 2018, high school junior, junior prom, 5 things i've learned since my own senior portraits, amanda - photographer,

One thing that’s been very important to me through this transition is continuing to work in both areas. It’s easy enough because our families are largely still in Central Mass, so it’s easy enough to go back and forth. It’s allowed me to start booking weddings and sessions in the Vernon area and still book weddings in the Central Mass area. I’m able to explore new session locations in both areas and spaces in between. It’s allowed us to immerse ourselves in both communities and figure out where we’d ultimately like to be.

Happy to serve MA, CT, and beyond!

I’m glad to be able to share this story with you! So worry not, no matter what area you’re in, I’d be happy to work with you. I’d even love to continue to explore other areas of New England. It’s an exciting time where things are wide open and we can figure out what home is to us.
